Project: 2013 Global Gamma SUV – Interior Design

Lead Designer

The Global Gamma SUV will be the smallest SUV in the GM lineup, built on the same Gamma platform as the Chevrolet Cruze. It will be launched in 2012 and assembled on three continents under three brand names, with a proposed 300.000 units/year production.

As Lead designer, I managed a team of Creative Designers, Digital and Clay Modelers, and Studio Engineers, and I negotiated packaging and engineering solutions which would facilitate the studio proposals without any design compromise.

The design team put a high emphasis on styling, ergonomics, functionality and perceived quality, delivering a world class design for this market segment.
